The Brief
Joe runs a franchise of Football Fun Factory, delivering football fun camps, development sessions, birthday parties and tots football to local communities across Sussex.
With a new white van, Joe knew he was missing a huge marketing opportunity. The challenge was that he didn't have original vector artwork – only a set of JPEG images from another franchise van that he liked and wanted to replicate.
The van needed to:
Be bright, fun and instantly recognisable to parents and schools
Clearly explain what Football Fun Factory actually offers
Work across multiple towns without listing endless locations
Feel professional and consistent with the wider franchise brand
Our Approach
Our design team focused on the brand, the colours, the energy – and making sure the van communicated Joe's message and works as part of his marketing plan.
1Rebuilding the Design from Scratch
Using the reference JPEGs, we carefully redrew and recreated the artwork, matching the original style closely while ensuring it was production-ready and clean at scale.
2Designing for Instant Understanding
Football Fun Factory's branding is bold and distinctive, so we leaned into that strength while ensuring the design communicated exactly what the business offers at a glance.
3A Smarter Call-to-Action
Because Football Fun Factory operates across many locations, listing towns would have cluttered the design. Instead, we:
- Used the website as the primary CTA
- Encourage parents to visit the site and be directed automatically to their nearest franchise
This keeps the van future-proof and avoids redesigns as territories grow.
4A Simple, Proven Process
By following our structured design and signwriting process, Joe always knew what to expect – from visuals, printed colour proofs to final fit – no guesswork or last-minute surprises.
